Manorbier Castle is our flagship location and our focus for these events is on authenticity and luxury throughout. Returning for 2026.

We only host two to three tables of players for these events to ensure that our guests get a premium and historic playing experience and plenty of room and time to enjoy our location and activities, this event is particularly aimed at guests who want a blend of high intensity gameplay, with some chill down time and exciting activities.

No conference rooms or maxing out guest numbers here.

Our events are small, bespoke and above all - authentic. That authenticity stems from and is enhanced by our one of a kind location. A real 12th century castle, it’s inconvenient to get to, drafty and can only fit two to three tables of players… but we wouldn’t swap it for a chain hotel or hostel.

Located just at the foot of the castle drive, Castle Lodge is a beautiful cottage that is less than a minutes walk from the castle and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The lodge benefits two bedrooms, a large living room and its own garden.

If you are planning to attend as a large party, the Castle Chalet might be the best fit. With two twin beds and a bunker bed, it can easily fit a four-person group.
