We provide everything you need to enjoy your 24 hours of D&D.

Pre event interactive materials, session 0 and 0.5 with your DM

Our events are all about bringing the hobby you love to new and exciting locations. Our D&D In a Real Castle Events for 2026 are using D&D 2014 as a basis.

We provide the DM, custom minis and terrain and everything else that you might need to play the game. Best of all we provide you with some amazing and truly memorable spaces in which to play. Music, lighting, a cozy fireplace and an occasional pop-in from our in-house bard add to the experience.
If you book a package as a couple or group we will do our best to keep you together if you wish. But even if your group books an entire table you will have plenty of opportunity to meet new and interesting people.

Our tables are open to all experience levels and for newbie players we have a complimentary session 0.5 where you can try out your character with your DM and learn the basics of play in a low stress environment so you can hit the ground running on gameday.
Craft your story over four days in our three magical play locations; the Crypt, the Chapel and the Solar.
Each table has its own custom minis and terrain.

This campaign sees players delve into the warren like slums, gilted theatres and desolate swamps of Thorovia, a city that swelters with possibility, danger and adventure.

FOOD AND DRINK

To succeed in your campaign adventure you are going to need to be well fed and watered. Don't worry though, you won't be resorting to camp rations while you stay with us.

The event begins and ends with a grand feast where you will enjoy the spectacle of a themed banquet alongside your fellow players and our staff. Manorbier Castle benefits from a well equipped catering kitchen from which our chef will prepare three fresh meals per day as well as snacks for all of our guests.

All of your meals are included in your package price as well as regular smaller snacks and light bites throughout the day. If you have an insatiable hunger for something in between your included meals, the local village of Manorbier has shops which stock a range of food and drink.
